Jerico Montemayor’s Illuminate Workshop is another informative workshop by Sir Jerico organized by the Studio 54 gang. This workshop tackled shooting indoor and outdoor and how different light conditions and shooting angles will help you shoot beautiful images. Jerico Montemayor’s Illuminate Workshop also had a question and answer segment which helped us participants ask questions not limited to the workshop’s scope. Niko Villegas’ Light and Motion Workshop focused on shooting using your own lighting setup and considering colors and motion in your images. What I liked about this shoot was that we were taught how to shoot against strobes and also setup our own lights in the process. The staff was really accommodating and even helped out when the participants were having issues setting up their lights for the first time.
Jerico Montemayor’s Pro-Grade Portfolio Workshop is very informative. This was organized by the Studio 54 gang. I even got to shoot FHM Philippines and Premiere Vixens’ model, Miss Bianca Peralta. I would have never thought of experiencing the worst workshop that I have had in photography. Considering a Lito Sy & Keda Z: Impart 2 Workshop was the most costly workshop that I have had — fee was around PHP12,500. The Lito Sy & Keda Z: Impart 2 Workshop suffered mainly from poor facilitation of the workshop, there was no assistance whatsoever for people who had minimal knowledge on photography.
I recently attended Parc Cruz‘s Portraits Workshop… Amazing! It’s always good learning something new! 🙂 It was a very rainy 2-day event, but nonetheless, my fellow participants’ mood was never darkened one bit. This is one of the best starter seminars that a newbie should go to. Unfortunately, I did this later rather than sooner :p
I would recommend this to anyone.
Got to know the very basics in photography. It came with handouts and videos which really gave the bang for value for money.
