Introductions
Hi! My name is Erick, and I’m a photographer based in Manila — and I shoot Boudoir.
Over the years of shooting women, I’ve come to understand the true beauty of a woman is in her passion, her soul. Her ability to give care into a vocation, a belief, her loved ones, a child. From her start as a young lady, into adulthood, and later years — this passion continually grows. Weathered by time, by experiences of happiness and loss.
As much as I love providing the fantasy of perfection, I also consider the side of women with no illusions. The flaws, marks, scars and imperfections. That delicate balance between real beauty and the dullness of perfection. Capturing the conundrum of what is a woman. That beautiful mess, as we call.
This is how I celebrate women — this is how we will celebrate YOU. What makes YOU unique. No shoot of mine is ever the same. My boudoir shoots caters specifically to YOU.
Allow me to create an experience that enables you to love and appreciate yourself for who you are. Capturing you in this point in time of your life. To capture YOU as “art.”
What’s holding you back?
I know that there maybe a thousand reasons running through your mind to not get yourself a boudoir shoot:
“I haven’t reached my target weight…”
“I don’t feel sexy or sensual. I’m not even pretty…”
“I’m too old for this…”
“What will people say?”
When life gets busy, it is very easy to lose touch with ourselves and see ourselves only based on what society has imposed on us. The best time is: NOW. If you put it off now, you will put it off then. Take control, and make the decision.
You don’t necessarily need to even be in lingerie. You can wear anything that makes you feel amazing, powerful and sexy. It can range from an amazing dress to a plain white shirt, blue jeans and a leather jacket, or maybe, nothing at all — whatever makes you feel beautiful.
All of these are just holding you back to what we are intending to achieve — that is self-love and self-confidence. It doesn’t matter what people say — they don’t even have to know 😉
