I can still remember when I received the 6-page layout for my very first shoot for Bravo Filipino Magazine!

This article focuses on today’s youth leaders from four campuses found inside Intramuros which are: Colegio de San Juan de Letran (William Barry Cordera), Mapua Institute of Technology (Joylyn dela Cruz), Lyceum of the Philippines University (Aisa delos Santos), and Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (Florante Galura, Jr.).

It was truly inspiring to see some good quotes from these young leaders. I also saw their drive and motivation to do good in each of their institutions. They showed so much promise. I am expecting good things from these four, and can’t wait to see what they would be doing as future contributors to society. A quote by Florante Galura, Jr. actually sticks with me ’til this day:

Marami tayong magagaling, marami tayong matatalino, pero kulang yung moral courage to stand by their principles and to do what is right.

Florante Galura, Jr.

This was my first time being commissioned to shoot for something ever. So this was a very big deal to me. Still a newbie and I was really not sure if I was doing things right. But my shots turned out better than I expected!

This issue went out on September 2012.
